I've just installed Netscape 6.1, and while I think it has some problems it does paste well to WordPerfect8. That means that Pete Salzman was correct in blaming my difficulty in pasting from Netscape 4.7 on Netscape itself. However, the fact still remains that Netscape 4.7 does paste well into StarOffice 5.1. So I guess that good pasting depends on both the application being pasted from, and the application being pasted to. I guess, I really don't know.
Netscape 6.1 seems a little buggy to me. But there is no question that it does a good job pasting.
