Re: [Voyage-linux] not all html pages are routed
Darsha your hint was excellent. I searched for TCPMSS and find that target. With the following rule on the router all pages are routed now: `iptables -A FORWARD -p tcp --tcp-flags SYN,RST SYN -j TCPMSS --clamp-mss-to-pmtu' Note the rule has to be the first forward rule! Thank you very much Darsha Greetings -- Torsten Senf http://sentor.de ___ Voyage-linux mailing list Voyage-linux@list.voyage.hk http://list.voyage.hk/mailman/listinfo/voyage-linux
[Voyage-linux] Sync Dirs while running
Hello, i have a file in a directory that i added to VOYAGE_SYNC_DIRS. This file changes often so i do not want to write it to compact flash every time. But sometimes some changes to this file are very important and i want to sync that file to the CF Card while voyage is running. How could this be done? /etc/init.d/voyage-sync start does not work, it only produces errors. thanks torsten ___ Voyage-linux mailing list Voyage-linux@list.voyage.hk http://list.voyage.hk/mailman/listinfo/voyage-linux
[Voyage-linux] mount.cifs and autofs and mtab
hi, i use voyage 0.6.2 i tried to mount.cifs with voyage. This always gives me a could not update mount table error That is because mount.cifs wants directly to edit mtab. But that does not work because it is read only. I found in other projects to link mtab to /proc/mounts remountrw mv /etc/mtab /etc/mtab.old ln -s /proc/mounts /etc/mtab remountro It seems to work fine. - Does anybody see any problems with this solutions for voyage? Another hint for users of autofs. I installed autofs and this always wanted to edit mtab and so it did not work. I installed autofs5 (lenny) and this seems to work with the mtab link from above. nice day torsten ___ Voyage-linux mailing list Voyage-linux@list.voyage.hk http://list.voyage.hk/mailman/listinfo/voyage-linux

[Voyage-linux] Upgrade to Lenny and remountro problem
Hello, Voyage Linux 0.6x uses aufs for overlaying. I made a fresh installation and remountro does not work. I found this problem already for Voyage Etch. So i found this command: find / -type d -exec fuser -v {} + Output at the end of the mail. I want to use Voyage Linux for a little box where i have no physical access. So i imagine Voyage Lenny is not ready for stable usage. Voyage Etch is tested by many people. Normal sytem update is made by standard Debian tools. But is it possible to upgrade Etch to Lenny? Does an upgrade to Lenny automatically switch to aufs? Thanks for reading Torsten Here the output from find / -type d -exec fuser -v {} + voyage:/etc# find / -type d -exec fuser -v {} + find: `/proc/2357/task/2357/fd/5': No such file or directory find: `/proc/2357/task/2357/fdinfo/5': No such file or directory find: `/proc/2357/fd/5': No such file or directory find: `/proc/2357/fdinfo/5': No such file or directory USERPID ACCESS COMMAND /: root 1 .rc.. init root 2 .rc.. kthreadd root 3 .rc.. ksoftirqd/0 root 4 .rc.. watchdog/0 root 5 .rc.. events/0 root 6 .rc.. khelper root 43 .rc.. kblockd/0 root 45 .rc.. kacpid root 46 .rc.. kacpi_notify root114 .rc.. kseriod root147 .rc.. pdflush root148 .rc.. pdflush root149 .rc.. kswapd0 root150 .rc.. aio/0 root568 .rc.. ksuspend_usbd root579 .rc.. khubd root659 .rc.. ata/0 root661 .rc.. ata_aux root819 .rc.. udevd root 1147 .rc.. kpsmoused root 1503 .rc.. pump daemon 1545 .rc.. portmap root 1619 .rc.. syslogd dnsmasq1629 .rc.. dnsmasq root 1642 .rc.. sshd root 1665 .rc.. pptpd root 1692 .rc.. watchdog root 1712 .r... getty root 1713 .r... getty root 1716 .r... getty root 1718 .r... getty root 1720 .r... getty root 1722 .r... getty root 1764 .rc.. sshd root 1766 .r... bash root 2351 .r... cron root 2357 .r... find /dev:root 1712 ..c.. getty root 1713 ..c.. getty root 1716 ..c.. getty root 1718 ..c.. getty root 1720 ..c.. getty root 1722 ..c.. getty /etc:root 1766 ..c.. bash root 2357 f.c.. find /var/spool/cron: root 2351 ..c.. cron voyage:/etc# ___ Voyage-linux mailing list Voyage-linux@list.voyage.hk http://list.voyage.hk/mailman/listinfo/voyage-linux
