Yes, it is possible.  However, for a gateway (router) use case, I
would suggest take a look @ zeroshell and pfsense.  Both come with a
web GUI interface to manage the appliance.

I am using zeroshell on an ALIX box to load balance + failover with two ISPs.

hello everyone.
