Misc: OS X Exchange addressbook

2003-08-05 Thread Shay Telfer

Hi...

If you're in one of those "one Mac'd persons in the kingdom of the
PC" sort of offices, you may find this useful:

AddressX 1.0 makes it possible to access contact information from
your company's Exchange Global Address List through the Mac OS X
Address Book. The process is transparent to Exchange, and the
Exchange contacts look and act like the others in your Address Book.
You can search them, export them as vCards, sync them, and more.
Once contacts are imported, they can also be automatically updated.
AddressX is free for Mac OS X 10.2 and requires a valid Microsoft
Exchange Server 2000 account.

Have fun,
Shay

Palm Advice Wanted

2003-08-05 Thread Reg Whitely

Dear WAMUGgers

Is there anybody out there who has some good Palm m500 experience who
could email me off list or brief advice on-list (preferrably not
'Off-topic' comment or 'read the archives'). I have 'acquired' an m500
and have problems with screenand menu buttons which do not seem to be
touch-active, if that is an understandable term. Am I doing something
wrong or is there a fault in the machine? I'm exasperated!

Regards

Reg
