The certificate is just an electronic document confirming that you are who you say you are. If you select one of the certificates and click Show Certificate you will see all the information it contains. This is of no real significance though. Just choose one (probably either of the .Mac ones) and click Continue. You will be asked at some point to confirm in your keychain that the certificate is correct. Just follow all the leads. You should eventually arrive at the shopping page.
