Hi I have been having the following problem since doing one of the itune updates.
I download a number of talks from various sites I am a member of - basically mp3s. I do not have a problem downloading, but do when trying to transfer into itunes. iTunes freezes and usually I am unable to do a force quit and have to do a restart. It is not every file I put into itunes, but enough to really be annoying. I’ve tried the various suggestions on the net without any success. The last suggestion was MacKeeper, but I resisted as I know Ronnie’s opinion on this software. I have run the problematic mp3s through a program which reformats to an mp3, which usually works, but not always. I’m currently running El Capitan OS.
