Hello fellow WAMUGgers,

Do you know the origins of the idiom to "wing it"? To 'wing it' means
to make something up as you go along, and it originates in the world of
19th-century theatre when actors might be learning their lines at the
last minute while standing in the wings or were on stage and had to be
   prompted from the wings.

I have given you this gem of knowledge, not so it may be helpful at
your next quiz night, though that may be true, but because at this
month's General Meeting, the committee is 'winging it.'

We do not have any new software demonstrations, but when we meet, we
can all contribute something that may inspire, help or further develop
our knowledge of all some things Apple.
