Thankyou Andrew,

it didn't work, but it did throw up a couple of brief error messages, but
disappeared before I could read them properly.
1) got an error closing the PSStream
2)...failed with error number...
But these messages are not coming up every time I send to printer.

Will try Daniels suggestions and get back to you.

2010-07-13 Thread William Crabb

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can help me.

I have sent jobs to the printer as normal, and nothing is happening.
The jobs are getting stored, but not printing,
and it is showing status as "stopped".
I've been using this same printer for a couple of years and have never seen
this status.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated, as I have a heap of stuff to print
today and this is not a good start...

They are in Oxford Close, Leederville and the guy to talk to is Lee.

Buffer Underrun

2008-06-17 Thread William Crabb
Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me understand this...

Occasionally when I attempt to burn a dvd of images, it comes up with the
message "Buffer Underrun" and the burning aborts.

I have just tried to burn 2.65GB onto a 4.7GB dvd and it happened.
There is about 5GB available on the HD.

And then if I go to burn something else it will be fine.
There seems to be no reason to it.

WHY WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Rosalyn

.xml doc

2007-03-27 Thread William Crabb
Hi,

Can anyone help???

I am updating our website with a new programme, and it is proving very
complicated, (and more than a little bit frustrating!!)

Firstly what I need to know is how do I save an xml document in Illustrator?
I can open it in AI but when I make changes it will not save as an xml
again, it converts to an .ai doc.
I need it to be an xml to get the info onto the website.

Hopefully this makes sense and the answer is simple
Any advice welcome!!
