Here's an indication of how well this works: I have had the recent
experience of having to convert a brand new Dell computer, which came
with Vista installed, back to Windows XP, mainly for the sake of
printing to the client's 4-year old Canon laser printer, for which
Vista drivers do not exist. This thing still will not print to the
Canon printer even in XP, but when I installed the very same driver
into my copy of Windows XP on my Macbook Pro (running Parallels) it
printed perfectly (using the same USB cable).

Having experience with both schema, I strongly favour Parallels over
Boot Camp. The convenience alone is a huge factor, and even though
Parallels can use the Boot Camp partition, that approach cannot take
full advantage of all of Parallels' features.

try this
download vcd player from:

set it to be the default player

general problem is that apple lets you change the region code only 4 or 5

change the region code try to set it to 0 = all regions)

Regarding Voip Calls

I have voip with IInet from day one and it works well
I use to pay with Iinet $0 per month and 10c calls to any major city,
outside the city it was 10c per minute

plus I was paying $34 per month rental for the land line
Now I changed with IInet $9.95 per month for Voip and 15c untimed
Australia wide
plus I changed my land line from $34.95 with IInet to Telstra Budget
$19.95 (30c cent calls ) I never use the landline

As I do ring around Australia a lot I do save a few $$$ using voip

Engin also has a device that plugs into your router for $99
http://www.engin.com.au/

Its better for your router to have QOS so if you are downloading heavy it
will make sure you have enough bandwidth

for the call

Here are a few links for Free phone calls ( or cheaper calls) to landlines

two new products. The first is Apple TV, a $299 set-top box that
streams multimedia from your computer to your television. First

I have a Dynalink modem and it was set for standard ADSL using G.dmt

I had to install the new firmware to give me ADSL2 with max speed of 12MB
ADSL2+ gives the max speed of 24MB but I need a new router/modem to get
ADSL2+

Having my Router set to G.Mnt or ADSL2 didnt change the speed for me
I get around 5000kb/s. Im with IInet with max speed of 24MB

You can ring telstra to do a check on your line to make sure you have a

Hello Mark

First of all I like to say HI as I have only joined a couple days ago.

Im not really sure what its called to keep one colour in the B/W photo
But when I create a B/W photo with part colour I use Layers.
I load the photo and create a second layer
The first layer I make B/W
The second is in colour and I make everything transparent except the lips
There are other ways but this works well for me
