1Password problem - not loading on startup

2018-08-02 Thread Philippe Chaperon

Dear WAMUG experts,

My trusty 1Password Version 6.8.9 (689000) would not open when I started my
iMac details below:

iMac 27-inch, Mid 2010
Processor 2.93 GHz Core i7
OS X Yosemite V10.10.5
RAM 20 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Hard Drive: 2 TB, Available: 784.59 GB

Is it possible that I do not have enough space on my Hard Drive, hence causing
this problem?

I am in the process of transferring my photos on a WD 6TB external drive and
will provide more memories, and also removing all the various applications I
have purchased throughout the years and are not useful to me anymore.

I did notice that sometimes Mail would launch but it is impossible to see the
messages and the application then freezes. Usually a force-quit and immediate
relaunch fixes the problem. Another case for ‘not enough memory space on the
main Hard Drive perhaps?

Many thanks for any advice.

Please drive carefully - unfortunately there are still mobile phone users
driving with their mobiles stuck to their ears and vehicles driving too close
behind, rain or no rain!

Best Regards,

Philippe Chaperon

Please ignore my recent plea for help.I found the solution in 1Password's
help and it was merely a case of accessing the backup file.

Many thanks
