Apple email software hoax

2011-05-18 Thread Daniel Kerr

Hi All

Got an email this morning, that looks just like an Apple mail out, offering
cheap software - or discounted software.
The whole email layout and indeed part of the page, makes it look like its
come from Apple.
But it isn't.

Just be very wary of it.
http://applesdownload.com/

And I wonder how long before it's down from the big Apple legal, :o)

Kind regards
Daniel

Well, the fact that the URL does not start with www.apple.com is a bit of a
giveaway...
