Apple event - and maybe 10.8.2?
Hi All Well, only under 8 hours to go to the Apple event. New iPhone 5,..or whatever it's called. Will be interesting to see how many of the rumours come true. And how far off for iOS6 and it's new features. I also note that there's mention of the 10.8.2 update nearing completion, so may see that soon too. And it's got quite a few adjustments and fixes (one for the battery as well, which a few people seem to have problems with in 10.8, 10.8.1.) So that will be interesting to see too. More info on it here;- http://www.macrumors.com/2012/09/11/apple-seeds-near-final-os-x-10-8-2-developer-seed-ahead-of-media-event/ Only time will tell,..not long now! Enjoy Kind regards Daniel --- Daniel Kerr MacWizardry Phone: 0414 795 960 Email: daniel AT macwizardry.com.au Web: http://www.macwizardry.com.au **For everything Apple** -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- Archives - http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml Guidelines - http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml Settings Unsubscribe - http://lists.wamug.org.au/listinfo/wamug.org.au-wamug

Re: Apple event - and maybe 10.8.2?
I have a feeling Stephen you may be waiting until October I'm afraid to say…. I could be wrong,….but just following some more recent rumours and given the type of build up to this event,..I feel it will just be iPhone, iOS, etc….. Time will tell…. :o) Kind regards Daniel --- Daniel Kerr MacWizardry Phone: 0414 795 960 Email: daniel AT macwizardry.com.au Web: http://www.macwizardry.com.au **For everything Apple** On 12/09/2012, at 9:28 PM, Stephen Chape chap...@bigpond.com wrote: Fingers crossed for new iMacs with Ivy Bridge.
