I give a very high recommendation to the Backup/Synchronise shareware
program FoldersSynchroniser from http://www.softobe.com
It is OSX native, fast and reliable for regular backups/synchronises
(manually or automatically initiated) to a second drive. Above all,
I find it very user friendly unlike the more sophisticated packages.
There is also an OS9 version.
