Re: New iPods

2007-09-05 Thread Adam Hewitt
It really depends on what you want to use it for...music or video?

If you want it for music then just go for the larger drive, if you want it
for video then you would want the larger screen.

However, if you are going to be after a new mobile phone in the next ~5
months then why not wait and get the iPhone for only a bit more than the
iPod Touch?

Adam.

New iPods???

2007-05-22 Thread Rod Blitvich
Hi Folks
A couple of department stores advertised reduced prices on iPods last
weekend.
Could this mean a new model is waiting in the wings?

Maybe...

More likely a price realignment due to exchange rates etc.

The local online AppleStore has the lower pricing too...

selling prices of old ipods by people wanting new ipods

2005-10-13 Thread Susan Hastings
Similar query regarding 40 gig ipod, not the Photo model, must be
over 12 months old now, but works well.

new iPods

2004-07-20 Thread Neil Houghton
So now that the new 4th gen iPods have been released:
http://www.apple.com/ipod/ and
http://store.apple.com/133-622/WebObjects/australiastore.woa/80305/wo/N04kb
ELpsm483oD6q081UHTdMdz/0.0.7.1.0.6.13.0.1.1.3.0.7.4.1.1.0

Any ideas on when they will be available here? I note that the difference in
US/AUD prices between the new ipods is proportionately larger than for the
mini iPods - I wonder, could this be because the minis are only just
available in Australia but have been selling for while in the US?

Cheers

re New iTunes and new iPods

2003-04-29 Thread KEVIN Lock
Onno's calculations are almost certainly accurate, however the
advantage offered is the ability to buy that track which sells the
CD...not necessarily the whole CD.
On quality...I confess that I cannot hear the difference between
downloaded music and a commercial CD.

I will continue to be a LimeWire fan.
