Evening,

I agree with Alex to try again. I also recommend backing up to the the  
computer locally and then copying to the USB stick.
With students at work this would have to be the biggest loss of  
documents on the computer, especially when using lower-range memory  
sticks.


I am also not up-todate with MYOB versions but is there any minor  
incremental updates available you need to be running?

 MYOB state that they have only tested the latest versions (8 & 8.5)
on SL & that is not a known issue with those versions.
 You might want to try again in SL - may have been a temporary
glitch?
