Hi all,

On my Mac I use Password Retriever to store all my credit card

I'm going on a brief overseas trip in a week or so, and am only

Any suggestions of a product which I can use to encrypt important

Hi Andrew,

I don't have a lot of trust in WindowsXP security, so I do not know
how secure this encryption is.

Free file encryption with the Windows XP Encrypted File System (EFS)
Tutorial, Usage, Security, and Trouble-Shooting.

Did you know that Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro Edition can
encrypt your files so that nobody else (other than the Windows user
that encrypted the files) can read it? Even reinstalling Windows with
the same user name or inserting the hard disk into another PC does
NOT reveal the data! However, this also means that YOU have to
backup your KEY carefully, otherwise you can no longer access your
data after a Windows reinstallation or if the key files become
corrupted.

Google search comes up with some commercial Encryption programs.

Hi Andrew,

This Password Retriever is WindowsXP version.

Password Retriever provides a very sleek interface with very powerful
tools. After the launch of the program you're only a double mouse
click away from accessing your stored information.
