Hi Richard,

Did you download & install the most recent version of flashplayer from here?
 

Have you run Software Update to see if there are any updates that need 
installing?

If Safari 4.0.4 doesn't show in Software Update, go here & download 
Safari 4.0.4 for Tiger

I can't load any SBS video! Have tried reloading Flash. Should I up- 
grade my Safari?

The SBS Video player require Flash, but the Full Episodes all seem  
to be working correctly in Safari 4.0.4 OS X 10.6.2.
What particular video were you having trouble with, send a link to  
WAMUG mailing list.
