I have an iMac, slot loading with OS9.1 Suddenly when I connect to my server the modem is silent. No dial or the usual horrendous noise. It works but no sound.
Have checked the Sound in the Appearance CS and sound is on. Checked the Modem CS and sound is on The volume is up. Normal alert sounds etc work. Everything but the Modem. There must be some little thing that has changed. Does anyone have an idea of what to look at next? Thanks Lloyd --
