Where does photoshop store it's Batch Actions??

2009-03-30 Thread Ian Conaghan

Gday Rod and WAMUGers,

If I understand your problem correctly:

Open 'Bridge' and under the 'Tools' menu go to 'Photoshop' and click
on 'Batch'. The resultant dialogue box offers you a range of options
under various headings including 'source' and 'destination'

I'm sure you will find your solution amongst them.

Cheers
Ian

Short answer ... I do not know , however :-

Applying a little logic

You created the Batch action so it should be inside your user =20
folder

It's a syetem thing so probably ... inside Library

and it's Application related so

Try inUser - Library - Application support - Adobe - Photoshop

That's as close as I can get you

Have fun

Ah, come on Blitto,
"a senile old man" ... you are only a baby ... but everyone is

I don't use Photoshop, only Photoshop Elements 6 so I'm not sure if
this helps you locate your Batch Actions.

Photoshop also stores all your actions as part of your personal
Photoshop settings. Photoshop saves them into a file called "Action
Palette.psp".

This file is for Photoshop CS (aka PS8) located for Mac in:
/library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop CS Settings/Actions
Palette.psp

I gather its saved when you quit Photoshop.

Cheers,
Ronni
