From memory, a short answer is no. They are usually sent back to Iomega in
Sydney for repair/replacement. Don't expect a quick turnaround though, as I
sent a power supply back and it took 3 weeks to return.

Hopefully some bright spark on the list will let you know their phone number
(I have forgotten it), as the Australian Iomega site does not work anymore!

Question:- Does anybody in Perth service Iomega drives?

Perhaps related problem is that he cannot create an alias of a folder or
document.
Message comes up
The command could not be completed because it contains items that are in use
Finder is the only app running.

I have run Disk warrior which reports no problems

Any suggestions ?
