printingcosts

2008-11-30 Thread Martin Sulkowski
I read some time ago about some printing software , that reduces the
printing costs by printing little dots next to each other rather
than fully printed letters.

Has anyone experience with this or suggestions?

Thanks Martin

If you are serious about reducing printing costs

Black and white only
Laser ... cheap mono laser like Brother HL2140 $80 to $180 depending
on when and where

Set your driver for draft or reduced quality
Buy replacement toners at the right price
Avoid infill's on pages , stick to text only.,

Black and white lasers produce at about 3.5c per page
