"The techno-economic aspects are still being studied," he said after meeting Vice-President Boediono in the latter's office yesterday. He explained that there are some alternatives for building a connecting road between Java-Sumatra, like a bridge or a tunnel. But the techno-economic study of its construction is still being debated.
