[warzone2100-dev] Videos have been re-encoded

Forum member Ezio has re-encoded the video files.

They have done:
480pv3 4:3 919 MB
and
720p 4:3 1.04 GB

Right now, we have low quality and standard quality.
We could drop the standard, and have low & 480p (don't think there is
much demand for 720p because of the problems discussed in that thread)
or go with low / std / high.

What do you all think ?

 When starting WZ (in full screen mode), the main menu seems to hang &
 never show itself until I bring up an outside window. Namely the force
 quit window(Command-Option-ESC, keys). You can see it hang when the
 loading bar at the bottom freezes. After I get the menu to show up, using
 the above work around, it works fine.
