 Start the campaign, destroy the first scavenger base (tower and derrick).
 Starting with ea37769188eccee43f5e24a97d41e8b382187a9e the remaining walls
 won't explode anymore, and it says "[recvDestroyStructure] Failed to
 remove structure for player 0."

 Regression from 3.1 beta2.

 I have mouse trap enabled, due to running dualscreens. However, if I alt-
 tab to another window, then back, mouse trap is apparently "disabled".

 Yet, when quit my current game and go to the options, it's still enabled.

 Only sorted by restarting wz2100.

 (apologies for the component selection - I can't find a definition of QT
 or SDL anywhere)

 I first noticed this with 3.1 beta, thought I was unsure if I had made a
 typo installing it. This time I'm certain it wasn't me.

 The attached image is a screenshot of my start menu, showing that I have
 "Warzone2100 3.1_beta3-3.1_beta3" installed. It seems "-3.1_beta3" is
 added without the user knowing that will happen. When the installer
 reaches the part where you can choose where you want wz to be in the start
 menu it shows you that it will be at Warzone 2100. I edit this to "Warzone
 2100 3.1_beta3" and I get "Warzone 2100 3.1_beta3-3.1_beta3"

 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Install latest nullbot mod v0.22 or v0.24

 2. Start a game with a few nullbots

 3. Play a little while

 4. Pause the game

 5. Wait for up to 90 seconds

 An error will usually occur in tail.inc.js (part of nullbot) indicating
 that an event was triggered whilst the game was paused.
