Hi Gopal, You're covering a lot of ground there. The main difference (to my mind) is that you need to write much less code to get things done and you have a lot more freedom to do the things that you need to do. You can do all of the same things in both languages. I think you may want to go to the RSpec website and look at how that works. RSpec is a BDD test framework, has a built-in HTML report and is relatively easy to pick up. I like Test::Unit but the RSpec HTML report is pretty decent and it's built into the framework.
One thing about moving from Java to Ruby is that Java folks who haven't used a dynamically-typed language typically have a bit of an adjustment period.
