Cheri's Mayberry room
Hey All, Thanks so much for the great ideas. I printed off the episode guides and will write something to the side that relates to that episode. Then I'll know when I get all 249 items. Some of the stuff in the room could go with a lot of different episodes. I already have some items that probably were used only once, will start with them, like the crazy stretching harness or the jar of kerosene cucumbers. Thanks so much for the input. Opie crying
Now I have another question: Opie really cried in Opie the Birdman. Was there any other episodes that he cried in? Good question! I think he may have cried in a Medal for Opie when he didn't win the race. He has pouted a few times, but never actually cried. re: Filling Station Robbery and Shoplifter
In The Great Filling Station Robbery when Barney sets the camera to take a picture of anyone entering the front door, isn't the string set to where it has slack in it when the door is opened? I've watched this episode numerous times and always try to figure how, when the door is opened to the inside, as it does, that would make the camera click. Anyone else notice that? Also, in The Shoplifter episode, is Andy legal in opening the old ladies coat? He has her to weigh herself, then proceeds to open her coat and show what she is hiding underneath. That wouldn't be legal today but was it back then? Just wondering. Whoever put Andy shot at in their subject line scared me! I thought it meant recently so I hurriedly scrolled down to make sure our beloved sheriff was doing okay. Let's refrain from using traumatic words like that, okay?! Aunt Bee of Orlando Well Aunt Bee, I have to say you're somewhat like your namesake on this one. Its like when Barney had a scratch and the women had him shooting himself. Sorry about using Andy Shot at, but that was the string that I was addressing. Next time, I'll try to say Sherriff Andy, or Andy Taylor. Now I gotta go audition for this Hollywood guy pretending he's selling shoes.
