Aunt Bee, Mayberry is the kind of town that exists better in the heart than in brick and mortar. If it were a real place with real problems, unfortunately, these problems probably could not be solved in only thirty minutes ( if you count commericals). Besides water and air, I believe old Barn gave away some pickles one time. Gomer and Goober offer free fuel line blow outs on Sundays and sometimes one of the town's gumball machines gives away free gumballs.. lots of things free in Mayberry.
