despicable people
A lot of "shady" and downright dishonest characters found their way into Mayberry over the years. I am curious as to who are Digest members would consider to be the most despicable or dishonest person who tried to take advantage of the kind folks of Mayberry. For me it is a toss up. I love my car so I'd pick Hubcaps Lesch. However an equally evil person is Otis Campbell's lawyer from Mt. Pilot! Trying to sue those poor folks in Mayberry after all they did for Otis.
