Paul, all I can say is aren't ya kind,... aren't you just so kind... Thanks for the help on the LOL, correct way to spell Brisco or is that Briscoe. I am going to leave the (e) off for the page, I think it is more appropriate if that is how Denver signed it. Brisco or Briscoe?
Howdy everyone in Mayberry, I have a question for all you smart folks. Is Denver Pyles characters name spelled Brisco? or is it Briscoe? It's spelled both ways on the show. Usually Briscoe, but it at least one episode (Briscoe Declares for Aunt Bee, I think it was) the closing credits have it as Brisco without the final E. When Denver Pyle signed autograhs, he always spelled it Brisco, so I'd consider that to be correct. Now that we're on the subject of spelling, I notice a LOT of people on this list consistently misspell Aunt Bee's name.
