I have always thought that the bussiest people in Mayberry were the set
builders. Every season a window or door appears or disapears,the heating system
in the court house changes,and shrubery comes and goes. The list goes on and
on.I am wondering if the portrait of a pretty woman,hanging on the Taylors
living room wall,is of Andys late wife?Later it moves from the wall where Andy
hangs Eagle Eye Annie to the left side of the front door. I also wonder
what the box like structures ,at the bottom of the court house windows ,that
appear in season 3,are? Someone called them flower boxes but they are too
narrow for that and they donot have bottoms because you can see the venition
blind cords hanging out of the bottom. Joe Layton
