Information from the desk of the County Clerk: Our friend Larry McPeak who played with the VW Boys up until he had to come off the road due to needing a kidney transplant just informed me the following information:
If you have been to Mayberry Days and met Larry he is a wonderful musician, singer and song writer. His family band "The MCPeak Brothers" will be inducted to the Virginia Country Music Hall of Fame on Saturday Sept 18th. Larry still needs our prayers!!!!
