One of my favorite scenes is in 'Opie's Charity' when Andy is trying to
explain Horatio the half a boy. Another is 'the British is comin', the
British is comi', get ya a gun, we're gonna have us a revolution!'

My favorite scene is one that I think represents the best of what "TAGS" is all
about. In "The Cow Thief" when Barney leaves with the mayor and the
investigator after Andy explains his theory of how the cows are disappearing,
he returns. When Barney starts to say "I remember when another mayor said you
had a harebrained idea and that was making me your deputy" (or something along
those lines). That scene gets me every time!

Any scene with Ernest T Bass makes me chuckle.
My all time favorite is when Andy is talking to Opie about charity and
Opie laments about "poor Horatio"!

I was watching the first episode the other day. Aunt Bee must have
gotten an early start coming to Andy's house as Opie had just made
breakfast ( 45 minute boiled eggs) and Andy had just come in the kitchen
for breakfast!

Favorite scene where the music adds to the moment.

In "Prisoner of Love" where Andy first notices the women prisoner.

And yes I know that episode received much "critique" when it was first
aired, but I won't go into that here, Unless someone wants me too, hee hee..

The same score was also played and well matched with scenes in "Andy's Trip
To Raleigh" and "Howard's New Life".

Ted, one of my favorite scenes without the main characters is Thelma Lou and
Jeff Pruitt having "supper" of "finger sandwiches." It is indeed hilarious
to see the reaction of a robust farmer and his dismay at the meager meal put
before him!

My favorite scene without Andy, Aunt Bee, Opie, or Barney is when Otis is in
the cell with the loaded goat. It cracks me up every time when he grabs
Jimmy by the beard and looks him in the face and says, "Uncle Ned, what are
you doing here?"
