JustGiving do pretty straightforward online donation stuff: http://www.justgiving.com/charities/ Alternatively you could use a "real" payment processor - IIRC Worldpay let charities use their small business packages but waive the setup and monthly fees (so you only pay per transaction): http://www.worldpay.com/sme/ I have an email from them with all the details about this, give me a shout offlist if you want me to forward it over to you. You could also try Paypal, no idea if they do special pricing for charities though: https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_fees-display-outside No matter where you end up, you'll pay a few % of the transaction value plus maybe a monthly fee as well. Work out how many donations you're expecting, though - if you're not putting through very many you may find a site with a higher transaction % but no standing charges works out cheaper in the long run.
