I would like to deploy a web app in a VM (I have very limited privileges)
with Red Hat 7 (python 2.6 installed) + apache + mod wsgi.
I was able to install python 2.7.
Problem is that mod wsgi was compiled with python 2.6 but web2py requires
python 2.7 now.
When I try to launch web2py ( with python 2.7), I got this error message
Target WSGI script '/nfs/www-prod/web_hx2/rep/rhome/web2py/wsgihandler.py'
cannot be loaded as Python module
Is because of the discrepancies between the two versions?
The only walkaround I can imagine is to downgrade web2py to a release
compatible with python 2.6.
Any other suggestions?
