[web2py] Not Authorized exposing folders

Hello,

I have a folder i would like to expose using 

def index():
f = myFolder()

def myFolder():
return dict(files=Expose(r'applications/welcome/albums'))

I get 'NOT AUTHORIZED' message

More, is it possible to share a folder outside of web2py folder ?

[web2py] Installing Tornado with web2py

Hello,

I have installed web2py + uswgi + nginx.
I would like to install Tornado.

Does anybody could advise me with the recommended configuration
to use ?
