Yeah remote easier!! Web2py is easy to learn so both is possible if you find a Django guy ready to open his mind!! I guess it will be easier to find devs to work remotely for you. Here in the group or even in ODesk for example. Or if you prefer a local dev, you can hire a Django dev and ask him to learn web2py. It's pretty easy to find Django developers out there; however, I can't seem to find web2py devs. I have an upcoming project to build an app for data entry and report generation for security audits (penetration testing). I need a developer who can help me build out the code base and is familiar with ajax/jquery data entry.
