LOL. Perhaps one day I will ask you something like that. Actually my department is very open-minded, both colleagues and administration. We have been offering CS intro sequence in python for log time. We had one of the first programs in security in the US certified as center of excellence by the NSA. We had one of the first degrees in video game programming. Allmost all out CS courses are available online (although not free). I work in a university. My merit review (salary, promotions, etc) depend on my publications. Books on paper count. Books online do not.
