I've tried as follow but didn't work

form=auth.register(next=URL(r=request, c='default', f='create'))
form['_id']=ola
form.custom.begin

You are right. My mistake. You have to do it the old fashion way

replace {{=form.custom.begin}} with

form method=post action={{=URL(args=request.args)}}
enctype=multipart/form-data id=ola
