1.- Create an appfog acount in https://www.appfog.com/
2.- Login in
3,- create a python app.
4.- the name of application is, for example, 'NAME_APP'
(url: http://NAME_APP.eu01.aws.af.cm/)
5.- in local install 'af' (gem install af)
6.- af login
7.- modify wsgi.py:
