I'm not sure if it's my crappy mobile Internet connection or something else but I couldn't seem to download a good copy of the version 1.99.3.
When testing the zip file, I get this error: "error: invalid compressed data to inflate web2py/applications/examples/static/artwork.tar.gz". I already tried this three times today, without any success, and the same error.
