When you call form.accepts, the accepts method will create the formkey for you and add it to the session and as an attribute of the form. After calling form.accepts, the key will be stored in form.formkey -- so you could pass that value to the view and insert it as the _formkey field value. I think that would work. I suppose you could also create your own token, but then you'd have to add it to the session yourself, with the name '_formkey[formname]' (you're probably better off letting form.accepts handle it, though).
