(BugzillaMixin.close_bug): Use Twisted's asynchronous requests.
(CloseBug.run): Renamed from start.
(CloseBug.start): Renamed to run.
* Tools/CISupport/ews-build/twisted_additions.py:
(TwistedAdditions.request): Automatically set Content-Type if json is specified.
