4.2 here. I can attest to some wonkyness in entity modeler. I've not had anything I couldn't work around though, so I'm sticking with it. Especially since 4.3 is just around the corner and 3.8 is a dead end. I switch to 4.2 for a while…but (at least at the time) WOLips (particulary EOModeler) wasn't really working that great.
