No I'm just installing the plugins the standard way. I guess I should have said when I open Eclipse in one of my workspaces (they are becoming synonymous in my mind). The icon on the top right where you can select which "Perspective" you want to use next to Debug, SVN etc.. If you click the icon that has the plus sign - WOLips shows up in the list of perspectives found in the Modal Window but when you select it nothing happens.
