Re: project wonder install instructions

2006-08-02 Thread David Holt

Hi Jeremy,

You'll find the latest binaries at Mike's website:

http://www.mdimension.com/~wonder/

You should be able to just install the frameworks into your /Library/
Frameworks folder and run the applications and examples. Make sure
that the connection dictionaries in any EOModels of projects you want
to have a look at are updated to refer to actual databases/tables/data.

The source will let you have a look at everything. I have noticed
that you need to be running Java 1.5 to get the latest releases to
build properly.

You can also have a look at http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/
Programming:WebObjects/Project_WONDER/Quickstart once you get it
installed. I think the installation instructions that are refered to
on that page are outdated given Mike's site is up and running. Also,
I think that one of Nathan Walker's WOWorx podcasts covers basic
WOnder installation and use.

Any installation instructions out there?

Those on the site seem out of date...
