You are the first member of this group ;-) I gave this group the rights to view, edit and review content inside the extensions-center. Please try, if everything works as expected. If you get some trouble with a single or a bunch of extensions, please ping me. You can also send an email via the contact address of the extensions-site (it will open a ticket in our OTRS-System).
