[libreoffice-website] CeBIT banner for websites

Hello,

on the German and English LibreOffice websites, we should add a CeBIT 
banner to point at our presence.

maybe you should make it possible to enable such banner for different
purpose in the header of the new website. We had such banner already in
the past on our website.
Thus this had to be part of the specs of the new website (not a real new
topic).

But it was not added or proposed.  So it's a bit too late perhaps for
that. I'd add it in the events section as an obvious place...
