yes, because we get to much robot-accounts and had to delete the mess
afterwards by hand.
You could ask for an account with the form linked at the bottom of the
site ('Hosting your Extension(s)') and add a short info why you need an
account.

Are these likes really needed. Everyone knows that they can purchased in a many countries. I
personally don't consider them but I might too rational.
