Under Fedora 18, with modules changes on Apache httpd 2.4 (see http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/upgrading.html), that config file is no longer usable; and new one could not be used with httpd 2.2. A solution could be to use system side apache configuration (/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf), if default config is OK.
