1. what does the log say?
2. what kind of weather station is connected via sdr?
3. reports are every archive interval - which depends on setting in 
weewx.conf and with some weather stations it is necessary to shange the 
setting in the station also - eg fineoffset and davis
4. attaching log from startup until after two archive intervals have passed 
and also weewx.conf (with passwords removed) will help people to help you

[weewx-user] Updated Reports from changed conf

Hey,

Just set up a new weewx station with sdr but somehow when I view the web
reports via nginx, the date seems off and the readings are not current. I
am running this off a raspberry pi. How frequently do the reports update?
How do I get the reports to show current weather reports? The title of the
html still shows Santa's workshop.
